- 01Register within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, you still have the standard 36-month warranty, but the extra year is no longer available.
- 02Use your order number. On Amazon, your order number looks like 123-4567890-1234567. You’ll find it at the top of your order in Your Orders and in your shipping confirmation email.
- 03One registration per order. If your order includes multiple main units, one registration covers them all.
- 04Main units only. Accessories remain covered for 12 months. Consumables — smoke oil, media, filters and seals — are not covered.

Where do I find my order number?
In the Amazon app or website, go to Your Orders and open your AUTOOL order. Your order number appears at the top and looks like 123-4567890-1234567. It is also in your shipping confirmation email. Bought from another retailer? Use the order reference shown on your receipt.
Do I have to register to be covered?
No. Your standard 36-month warranty applies whether you register or not, and your receipt is proof of purchase. Registration adds the fourth year and saves your order details for future warranty support.
What does the warranty actually cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials, assembly and workmanship under normal intended use, starting from your delivery date. The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised repair or disassembly, incorrect voltage, liquid ingress, normal wear, or consumables such as smoke oil, walnut media, filters and seals.
Something is faulty — what do you need from me?
Email shop@autooltech.com with your order number, the model shown on the unit’s label, a short description of the issue, and a photo or video showing the fault. A technician will reply within 1–3 business days with a solution, a replacement part or return instructions. Please do not send anything back until we provide return instructions.
What if a part is missing from the box?
Take a photo of the open box with all contents visible, including the empty space where the part should be or any damage, and email it with your order number. We’ll identify the part from your model and send the replacement free of charge. No return is needed.
Where are the manuals and video tutorials?
Manuals, quick-start guides and firmware are available in our official downloads library. Video tutorials are on our YouTube channel, @AUTOOL-TECH.
What information do you keep, and for how long?
We keep the name, email and order number you submit. If you provide it, we also keep your phone number. We also keep the submission date and IP address for fraud checks. If you later open a warranty claim, we keep the messages, photos and videos you send with that case.
We use this information to verify your purchase, manage the extended warranty and handle claims. Only our support team and the contracted hosting and email providers needed to operate this service can access this information. We keep warranty records for the coverage period and for the applicable retention period after it ends; accounting records are kept for up to 7 years.
Email shop@autooltech.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line to access, correct or delete your registration. We’ll respond within one month. Deleting your registration also removes the extra year, so we’ll ask you to confirm before we proceed.
